More than Work

On October 12, 2022, an internship for 20 students of the 36th group of the Faculty of Chemistry and Technology of Tver State University began at Volga Tannery facilities as part of the federal project "More than Work".

Within three days, students will get acquainted with the processes of primary processing of raw hides, soaking-ash, tanning, drying, dyeing processes for the production of leather; will visit the central chemical laboratory of the Tannery and it's museum.

The organizer of the project "More than work" is the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs within the framework of the Rosmolodezh project.

The project is aimed at passing unique practical knowledge from the Tannery specialists to students and allows training new qualified personnel for the Russian economy.
